Our Mission
Badger Diving Academy provides structured, progress-oriented diving instruction through safe, high-quality coaching. We cultivate a positive environment where divers develop from beginner through elite levels, emphasizing technical excellence, competitive readiness, and personal growth.
We encourage our athletes to strive for success, have the courage to fail, and the resilience to try again. Our athletes will move on from our program equipped with the skills and character to become exceptional leaders in our community.

Why Diving?
Diving teaches more than athletic skill. It builds focus, resilience, body awareness, and confidence under pressure. As a highly technical sport, athletes learn that small adjustments can create significant improvements, and they develop the ability to respond to constructive feedback with discipline and intention.
Beyond personal development, diving also creates significant opportunities for athletes to continue competing at the collegiate level, with over 500 diving programs across NCAA Division I, II, and III schools in the United States.
And along the way, it’s a fun, dynamic sport that keeps athletes motivated, improving, and excited to come back each day!
Our Programs
Structured and specific training groups to allow our athletes to develop their skills in the proper training environments
Badger Development Program (BDP)
Multiple groups offered for divers of varying ages and skills as they work through the levels of our developmental pathway. Divers will be evaluated and placed into levels by our coaching staff. Competitive opportunities are available and encouraged through AAU and USA Diving.
